Being trained in various areas of mental health in the UK and in India, I have developed a holistic style to therapy. Consequently my therapeutic approach is a synthesis of scientific psychotherapies from the west, life coaching and eastern philosophy to help clients achieve an inner balance of mind, body, and spirit.

I apply an integrative psychotherapeutic model, which means I am trained in different types of therapies. I draw from Humanistic, Cognitive and Psychodynamic modalities. I do tailor these various therapeutic methods keeping in mind the individual needs of the clients.
I am an interactive and reflective therapist. I believe therapeutic relationship is key to healing therefore I am person centred in my way of being. And this means I work in a compassionate, genuine and non judgemental manner maintaining the ethical codes of my profession.
I chose the path to first work on myself in therapy. Through this experiential knowledge I then wished to share my learnings with others so that they could optimize their lives. I ensure I go for regular supervisions to review the quality of my work as well as the clients progress. Through Counselling and Psychotherapy I help clients to cope with life’s challenges to find courage & inner balance. I draw from diverse schools of psychology as my philosophy for life and personal growth.
